One of the Ways Notice Me Jeans Got Noticed in Colombia.

Notice Me Jeans stood out including her butt:
Not in order, only by memory.

The hair style I had and the way it was dyed.
I dyed my hair black and red.
It was not like any other hair style in Colombia.
I stood out and everyone looked at me.
Everyone there had a long brown or light blond hair.
It looked very boring, plain Jane.

Ten Ways Notice Me Jeans Got Noticed In Colombia

One Way Notice Me Jeans stood out:
Not in order, only by memory.

1. I am a Latin-American, born in Canada with parents from Colombia.
I speak Spanish fluently but with an accent.
No matter how hard I tried to fit in or how hard I tried to speak slower.
I stood out of the crowd. I could not even pretend I was from a faraway mountain with a weird accent. All I had to do is, say one word AND that's all it took. That was it.
Everyone I encountered with, loved my accent and wanted to hear more of it.
It was great getting all the attention. At least they were not laughing at me.
They want to hear me speak and they became good listeners.
I was there for the fashion show in Colombia to learn more about fashion and butt-lifting jeans.

Day 9 Medellin, Colombia

You see my shoesAnd now you don't. The people below played a cruel joke on me. They told me that my shoes were stolen and that I had to walk home. I did not believe them at first. All I kept thinking was, I am wearing my tan top and white pair of jean shorts and no shoes. WHO is giving me a piggy ride on their backs. How can this be?

Here are the suspects. If you ever see these people don not believe anything they say. Expect me (Shirley)

Me (Shirley) and Cousin, Orlando.
Here is where they bought the liquor.

Me (Shirley) and cousin Katherine. Taking a shot.Friend (Lady) taking a picture with one of the riders
Me (Shirley) taking a picture with the same guy that volunteered to take a picture out of no where.
A beautiful horse with a beautiful lady.
Lady could not resit to take a picture of that guy. She had the hots for him.
Riders getting ready to marsh down to the parade. A stop over in front of my grandmother's house.
Buying fruits from the balcony. We throw the money down and they throw the fruits up.
I video taped this.

I received my parcel of jeans from the supplier to bring back to Canada with me.
The ten pairs of jeans, I ordered.
I set a time at my Grandmother's house for anyone to visit me from 9am to 1:30 pm.
to say my good-byes and to packed my luggage. Yeah, right. I left packing to the every last minute.
What mistake.

Later on that night, I was invited to go out with a few family members to the first day of event called Feria de las Flores.
It's a huge event and it last for about a week long. Everyday is a party and the parties start as early as the first day of the event, early morning. The party started during the day at the pubs with the music full blast.

I can only tell you about the first day of the Feria de las Flores.
The next day, I was heading to back to Toronto. What a big mistake to party the night before.

It was such a beautiful event. It starts off at a spot where people can watch the owners riding their horses. That last for hours and then the party continued to another location where the night never ended. There was not even space to sit down your ass on the grass.
I am not much of a drinker, had a few shoots of Colombian Aguardienete with less sugar. It was pretty tasty.
We headed back home about 12am and then started packing. Fell asleep about one hour before I had to wake up. I had to be at the airport at by 4:30am. My driver had also spent the night at the festival and got home an hour before departing to the airport.

I was so tried that I almost could not wake up.

Day 8 Medellin, Colombia

Early 0930 appointment with jeans supplier. They manufacture regular butt-lifting jeans and butt-lifting jeans with pads on the butt area to give women volume on their behinds. This could be my next product or least a back up for to my current supplier. I have recorded two videos that are uploaded onto you tube that show the manufacture warehouse and the process of creating jeans.

At the evening was the best. We went to the best night club called Mangos.

Day 3 of Fashion Show/Trade Show

Early morning went to a Mall outlet where there was a special promotion for clothing items at a very reasonable price. I bought a few items to test the market to see if anyone would be interested in buying Colombian clothing. I bought a few women and men products to see if the size conversion is the equal to Canadian sizes. I have concluded, yes for depending on the items. The styles are very trending and I would only get my hands are the prefect outfit, the best size and price. There is a great opportunity to sell it here in Canada and it will compliment the jeans.
The Colombian brand is very similar to well known brands such as Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, Pink from Victoria’s Secret. They sell jeans, shirts, tees, tanks, boardshorts, underwear, dresses, sweaters, jackets and accessories. It was one of the highlights of the trip. I want to return back next year for more promotions items.
I saw an amazing opportunity.

In the afternoon I was at trade show again and there I meet some more suppliers.
I was now at the last section of the trade show where there was a lot manufactures that designed lingerie and swim wear. I am thinking of heading this direction as my next choice of product in the near future. I opened my eyes to new ideas and made a lot of contacts. Stayed to the end of the event. Went to an expensive mall to look at stores and noticed a lot of America stores during the evening. Found a potential supplier that might be interest for Notice Me Jeans.
Made an appointment with them. They manufacture butt-lifting jeans.

The evening, my cousin drives me in her motorcycle to one of her friend's place.
We arrive and the security guard greets us at the gates and buzzes the resident to advise we have arrived for a visit.
While waiting for her friend to pick us up at the entrance, I asked security if I can use his washroom. He gave me permission. I found my first encounter with a Colombia raffle in the washroom behind the door. I took pictures of it and video tape it. It was excited to tell story.

Day 2 of Fashion Show/Trade Event

Late morning, I headed to Fashion trade show again. This time, they welcomed us with fresh topical fruits. Gave us a cup full of refreshing fruits that quench our thirst. Headed to the Fashion trade show on level two where I meet a bunch of suppliers that designs jewelery, make their own fashion outfits and a supplier that designs handmade hand bags that are made from a tree in Colombia. I spent the rest of the day there until closing time. There is not a enough time to see it all in two days.
My feet were hurting from all the walking.
